AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITYWe're seeking an individual that is driven
to take ownership of total region management with demonstrated
history of building velocity within their team performance.
Responsible for total region management of new business acquisition
within the hospitality sector. This includes territory planning,
lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, solution demos,
configuring solution sets, close of all new business, and sales
expansion within the assigned territory. Primary call points are in
the restaurant and hospitality segment. Significant interactions
with hospitality management from General Manager to C-Level
required. Regional Director will drive performance and maximize
sales based upon the company's goals and objectives.Key Areas of
Responsibility include:Communicate and inspire a vision for your
team's successful performanceDevelop region and territory
strategyReport, analyze, and act on team performance metricsAchieve
forecast accuracy and consistencyMaximize sources of all new
business: competitive conversions, new markets, etc.Partner with
other business units to expand cross-sell opportunitiesIdentify,
build and develop relationships and referralsProvide timely and
thoughtful feedback on market conditions, issues, and
opportunitiesUnderstand the customer's business objectives and
ensure NCR is viewed as a strategic partner to help meet these
goalsManage the sales process:Build funnel - know how to prospect
and run lead campaignsQualify leads - can the customers use our
solutionsIdentify decision makers - in depth discussions on
business issuesDevelop relationships- tie our solutions to business
pains/problemsClose - negotiate contractual and financial
termsCommunicate effectively and drive cross functional teams to
ensure customer successConduct needs assessments for identifying
and developing NCR solution setsManage all sales activities within
Salesforce, including maintaining and updating pipeline and
accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, territory
planning, forecasting, lead management, opportunity management, and
quotingManage end-to-end sales process, including NCR solution
configuration, sales proposals, sales presentations, sales
submission documentation, and detailed communications to
implementation teamsManage assigned demo and consumable
inventorySupport of industry trade showsConduct business within
budget guidelines for expenses; submit expenses on a weekly
basisAdhere to all NCR policies, procedures and business ethics
codesBasic Qualifications5-8 years + of related business and sales
management experience along with a proven track record of success
in salesExperience in the restaurant industryHunger to win and
succeedIn-depth experience and understanding of the Hospitality
market and related competitionProven track record in
salesDemonstrated ability to manage partnerships within your
industryAbility to develop accurate forecasts and execute tactical
sales plansDemonstrated history of managing the sales process and
developing strategic roadmaps which align customer needs, issues
and opportunities with industry best practices and solution
offeringsStrong communication and interpersonal skills, including
establishing credibility and trust with cross functional teams that
can impact your customer including engineering, development,
finance, legal, and professional services organizationsStrong
leadership, management, and motivation skillsSignificant business
acumenAbility to forge and leverage exceptional internal and
customer partnershipsExperience in developing and executing
solution sales strategiesAbility to work and manage in a matrix

environmentAbility to travel at least 40% annually and up to 70%
depending on specific territory needsPreferred
QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent in a related
disciplinePrevious experience in Hospitality software sales and/or
payments processing would be considered as a plusBackground in SaaS
and/or application softwarePrevious experience using
SalesforceStrong executive presenceMaster's degree (MBA or
