Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple areas of escrow operations and oversee subordinate
managers and supervisors
Implement operational efficiency improvements and develop strategic
goals for the organization
Direct staff selection, training, and professional development to
maintain productivity and morale
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
experience
10+ years of directly related experience in escrow operations
8+ years of progressive management experience
Experience in leading employees across multiple locations
Demonstrated competency in executing strategic plans and managing
budgets
