Description--- Promote HR programs to create a positive and
inclusive workplace --- Manage the execution of open enrollment,
surveys, and any required trainings --- Facilitate new hire
orientation and onboarding experience for new team members ---
Audit and reconcile bi-weekly payroll for all hourly team members
--- Maintain and update employee data in HRIS information systems
--- Assist in event planning and promoting monthly Employee
Resource Group engagement activities --- Provide support to team
members on various P&C topics, working to resolve any issues
that arise Qualifications and Experience --- Bachelor's degree in
business, communications or other relevant field required. --- 3-5
years related experience --- Strong and effective communication
skills required --- Willingness to facilitate trainings,
orientations, and other opportunities requiring public speaking ---
Must have strong organizational/time management skills --- Must be
a self-starter with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple
