Job Description:
A company is looking for an HRIS Analyst II to support HRIS
systems and enhance HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform system administration duties including maintenance,
updates, and feature implementation
Manage project execution from requirement gathering to user
acceptance testing and training tool development
Develop complex reports and conduct continuous improvement projects
to optimize system performance
Required Qualifications and Education
College degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or
related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of experience in HRIS or HR-related work leading
projects
Experience with UKGPro strongly preferred
Experience with Cognos and Business Intelligence strongly
preferred
Solid understanding of HR administration and project management
