You will work directly with customers to identify used car options that meet their needs and lifestyles, negotiate trade-in values, join them for test drives, and answer questions about our available vehicles. Responsibilities:

--- Facilitate and join customers on test drives from the dealership
--- Employ customer service and negotiation skills to close used car deals while delivering an optimal sales experience
--- Field inquiries about used car contracts and facilitate support to summarize the related financing options
--- Display used car features, characteristics, options, and more throughout the auto sales process
--- Take a professional approach to your role as a sales associate, whether working with customers in the showroom or collaborating with team members at sales meetings


Qualifications:

--- Requires knowledge in used car features, auto sales, car dealership protocols, financing options, and automotive sales
--- Strong communication skills, customer service skills, and an outgoing personality are critical
--- GED equivalent or high school diploma is required; a bachelor's degree a plus
--- Possession of a valid driver's license and clean driving record is required
--- You need at least one year of used car dealership sales experience to be considered for this position
