We're seeking an enthusiastic inside sales representative to
help us achieve our sales goals! You'll play a key role in
generating leads by prospecting potential clients and adding
qualified prospects to our sales funnel. This position is ideal for

Responsibilities:
--- Update customer database regularly to provide the most
up-to-date client information to the sales team
--- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following
up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of
communication
--- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities
within specific geographies
--- Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as
possible to provide an excellent customer service experience
--- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved
--- Invite potential clients to meet with the firm and provide an
initial consultation.
--- Develop relationships with contacts in the legal community to
help build a network of potential clients.
--- Conduct legal research and analysis for pending cases.
--- Ensure that documentation meets legal requirements for all
incoming cases.
--- Compile evidence to support factual and legal analysis of
cases.
--- Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and
quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved.
--- Determine the viability of potential cases.
--- Sell the Firm's strengths and capabilities while managing
expectations and convincing potential clients to sign.
--- Converse with clients and address concerns and case progression
including nights and weekends.
--- Travel to locations to speak with and sign clients.
--- Assist potential clients step-by-step through their intake
process.
--- Bring a team-oriented and positive attitude to our office.
--- Develop Leadership Skills and mentor and manage Intake
Team.
Qualifications:
--- Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well
as interpersonal skills and time management skills
--- Proven track record of at least 2 years of experience in a
sales position or related field
--- Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process
--- High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
--- Current U.S. driver's license and the ability to travel by
car
